Damage to vinyl floor in kitchen

Please find below a photo of my kitchen floor. The marks were caused by jif cream and hot water being scattered across the floor before attempting to mop. A scorcher was then used to try and remove the marks, however as you can it’s resulted in this. Is this something anyone can assist with? If so, may I ask if it’s possible to get an estimated quote or a visit to provide one? Floor measurements are approximately 2.2m x 3.3m
