Kia ora, We would like the matai floorboards in a medium sized bedroom sanded back to their former glory. Room size is approx 3.7x5.1m. If you are able to do this within the next three weeks, we’d love you to quote for both sand only and sand plus waterborne finish. Cheers Matt
