Tidy up and refinish hardwood floors #2

Recently we removed carpet from the lounge and bedroom to reveal the hardwood floor underneath. The floor is in reasonably good condition given the house’s age (1890s). There are a few broken boards and some holes that need filling, and the whole floor needs refinishing. I’d like an expert opinion on what is worth doing too. The whole area is ~30m2 and includes a lounge, bedroom, and wardrobe. I’ve tried to include photos of some of the quirks or broken boards to give an idea.
