Wooden floor sanding & finishing

Matai flooring to be sanded back and refinished/polyurethaned. Job consists of 1 x hallway, 1 x lounge and 1 x bedroom, total area to be refinished is approx 54sqm. Rooms will be cleared of all furniture etc. Needs to be completed within the next month, ideally sooner. Please only respond if you have good feedback and can supply photos/references of previous jobs done.
