Sand and fill wooden floorboards

I want the wooden floorboards in my kitchen, dining room, corridor and living room professionally floorsanded, including filling all nail holes and gaps in boards. I calculate the total floor area at approx 45m2. I will lift the existing floorcoverings and punch all nails, and apply the polyeurethane coatings myself after the sanding is completed. The house was built 1915 and the floorboards all look in good condition when viewed from underneath.
