Repair and sand floors in living/dining/hallway

Lounge dining area is about 34sqm. There is a few rotten spots where the house previously sat in the dirt (now re-piled) and one badly borer damaged board. There rest of the floor is in good condition, original with a 'character' patch where the fireplaces used to be. The hall way (approx 10sqm) is already polished. There are some rotten bits by the entrance. I want the section immediately adjacent to the front door lifted so that I can insert a flush doormat. In summary: * repair few rotten pieces of floorboard in dining area * build inlay by front door * Sand/re-sand area * vanish/re-varnish area
