Laminate flooring laying + uplift of existing carpet

I have an area of approximately 20m2 in my apartment, that I would like to replace the flooring in. The floor in the area (living + kitchen) is currently a combination of carpet and what I think is vinyl (glued). I'd like to have this all removed and replaced with underlay and laminate floorboards.
