Background: Kitchen removed, floor boards bare Tasks: flooring needs the following: light sand (little Lino or glue) including * 10 boards x 3 meters (putty AFTER first top coat) new bloats put down. * Two top coats of total flooring. Area : one room 18 square meters second adjoining room 12 square meters Hallway 5. Square meters. Environment: All rooms have flat, great access from street. Easy onsite parking all day. Time frame: Up until the week ending14 June.
