This 100 square metre house needs the floors sanded and polyurethaned. Most of the house was done 10 years ago but some floor tiles have been removed and there's some new timber in the kitchen. I think most rooms won't need a lot of work but I'm aware that once any room gets done, the rest will look strange unless at least slightly re-finished.
