We have a 120m2 house, floorboards on our inspection under carpet look good so we're thinking of removing the carpet and getting floors sanded and polished. (we've been told by previous owners they're rimu but can't guarantee this). There are 4 rooms tiles (kitchen, laundry, WC and bathroom) so won't be the full 120m2.Interested in a quote of cost of this job or advice on same.
