Install laminate flooring

Install Kaindl Oak 7mm laminate flooring on foam underlay (both supplied). Downstairs supply & install skirting. Upstairs has existing skirting - leave in place & finish with 1/4 round. Stairs with aluminium bullnose (supplied) Downstairs (pic) - measurements approx 3 bedrooms 3mx3m room 3m x 6m room 4m x 3m w. 800 x 1.5 alcove stairs (round 180 degrees) Upstairs (nb photo is downstairs with upstairs room dimensions in red) Lounge 3m x 8m spprox - has hearth & cupboard to one side & 2x2x0.8 cornet alcove. Hall 1 x 4m approx. Kitchen 1 x 3m with 1.5 x .5 panty Bedroom 4 x 3m Quote for install + listed skirting materials only but if you have recommended different flooring happy to take suggestions (Kaindl 7mm Oak laminate $69.11/2.66m2 pack ($25.98 m2) retail ex Mitre10 is what I'm looking at) * updated with better floorplan pics - upstairs2.jpg & downstairs2.jpg
