We are renovating our large(ish) bathroom and separate toilet into an ensuite and a separate bathroom. The area of the ensuite will be 2x2.44 and the second bathroom will be just slightly larger at 2x2.64. The floors previously had lino and then suffered water damage, the lino has been romoved and we are currently drying out the floors. Half the area is kauri and the other half is chipboard. Builders assure us the floors will not need replacing, water only resulted in surface damage so once they're dry a good sand and lining under the lino will do the trick.
