Remove old vinyl in laundry (2x2), toilet (1.5x0.9) and bathroom (1.1x1.8). Lay new vinyl in laundry, toilet, bathroom and kitchen (3.7x3.7). Owner occupied house. I will provide the vinyl or you can. It is going to be a rental so reasonably cost sensitive.
