Self leveling scree

Hi, we're putting laminate tile down in an extension we have built onto a fresh concrete slab. We're doing the majority of the work ourselves but looking at what it takes to get the self leveling scree for under the tiles right we would feel better if it was done by a professional. Please see the attached for the plans. Laminate tiles will be going throughout, except for the bathroom which will be ceramic tile.
