Remove existing tiles, apply moisture barrier, finish with new flooring
Job description
I'm trying to get my consent approved for the Garage downstairs converted into 1 bedroom studio for downstairs, there is no moisture barrier, so I am required to expose the concrete flooring, apply moisture barrier and re-do the flooring. I have obtained the necessary building consent to proceed with the flooring work. I require a quote for the following please. What needs to be done is: 1. All current tiles need to removed, even the ones in the sliding wardrobe 2. Need some small holes filled with concrete or filler, 1 large one as seen in picture (holes made to prove DPM wasn't there) 3. Remove kitchen cabinet temporarily (to allow for full floor access) 4. Apply Moisture barrier (Ardex WPM 300) 5. New flooring applied, am open to ideal and very durable options (give me options) 6. Kitchen cabinet reinstalled Address: Chislehurst St, Henderson. Please let me know if you would like to go on site, this can be arranged as downstairs is empty, no tenant at the moment. Suril - ---
