Hi, We have hybrid SPC flooring Pro-04 installed. We have managed to damage two spots while moving a heavy piece of furniture. We've left a scratch which can't be buffed out in the corner of the dining room. And a dent in one of the planks in the corner of the lounge. We'd like to get the planks replaced as the floor is not. Just wondering if it's better to get someone through Builderscrack or use insurance. Thanks (We have 1 spare box 6/8 planks left over from when the floor was installed).
