I have about 8 linear metres may be more of cracking in an existing vinyl floor which i would like repaired/welded. it is in a cafe kitchen and would need to be carried out after 5.30 in the evening

failed to turn up on first scheduled appointment. stood me up on the second, but did ring to say he had a more important job. left part of the job to be completed on a second visit, which took another two weeks. sent an invoice and started ringing two days later for payment. i'm old school. invoices received this month are paid 20th of the following month. given the amount of time it took him to complete the job i wouldn't have thought this was unreasonable.
