Firstly he turned up on time, we had to call him many times which he always lies. I will never recommend him for any job. He finished the job within 2 days of wooden flooring and we have problems since then as the floor is not straight and finished properly. We have been calling him since 2-3 months but still hasn't come to fix the flooring. He either doesn't answer the phone or promise many times to come on the certain dates but never came.
