Floor sanding and polishing

Our bathroom and laundry need floor sanding and polishing. There was a lino which we removed and we would like to fix the wooden floor. The size is app 20sqm. The job size is only approximately as we dont have any experiences and dont know the price range. Thank you, Ben and Jana
