Need a professional installer for 35sqm of SPC flooring to be laid in Dinning, Lounge and Passage of house in Massey. Don't want bottom skirtings removed. So the installer will have to grind the bottom skirting, install laminate flooring with complete area silicone finish. All proper trims will need to be supplied and installed where laminate adjoins the carpet. Job can be viewed in Massey West Auckand. Need a genuine person with best workmanship without shortcuts please. SPC laminate and underlay provided. Carpet and tiles will be lifted by us, ready for the install. Need it done early next week please (if price is right).
