I need the concrete floor of a basement flat sealed. With the heavy rain on Wednesday, water came through and so the carpet and underlay are now wet. When I lifted the carpet, it looks like this happened before. There could be other issues but the floor is probably the main cause I think. I need to get this sorted quickly for my tenant.
