Sanding of hardwood floor and revarnish

I'd like someone to sand my house's wooden flooring and reseal it. It's Rata wood with old varnish on it. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room + kitchen, and a hallway that requires sanding and varnishing. Approx 90m2.
