Have a small soggy patch of flooring in bathroom due to poorly sealed cork tile next to bath and water splashing over side of bath. Need extent of damage ascertained soggy tile and flooring below removed and replaced. Need edges around removed section of floor treated if looking suspect.Not sure if bath will need to come out and go back in in order to do this. Also looking to get rid of cork tile flooring and replace with lino.
