Vinyl Layer needed - St Andrews

I am needing somebody to put down some vinyl (supplied commercial vinyl in a heavy roll!) in a 40ft container that has two rooms. Needing this done asap. The floor may need some filling, etc as parts have been replaced and the old vinyl that is left on part of the flooring taken off.
