Seeking someone to remove laminate and carpet to then refurbish the underlying wooden floor by way of sanding, polish, and sealing. Total floor area is 80 sq m. 2 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen/dining, 1 laundry. 1950's Beasly house in the Mount. Solid, good wood floor underfoot wanting to reveal and prepare.
