I have 7.5mm SPC flooring to lay (I will do this part) but the existing timber floor is uneven and also has a high point which slopes away and needs levelled as much as possible. Doesn’t need to be perfect as the flooring can take 3mm variation over 1.2m. Room is around 40sqm with a mixture of old flooring and ply.
