Small job patching lino after a kitchen reno

New kitchen installed in a rental and left a gap around 500 x 500 of exposed concrete floor. I have some lino available to patch the floor as a temporary measure until I can replace the lino. Also need about about 1.2 metre of smooth edge where joins up to carpet. Ideally need to get this done next week as new tenants moving in 26 Nov
