Repairs to Haro Flooring

We had Haro timber flooring with underlay installed in our renovation in July last year and subsequently we have had issues with parts of it clicking as it is walked over. We have had one portion repaired by the installer who has since moved to the South Island however the issue has not been resolved. He has tried to contact someone local to make these repairs which will be under warranty however has had no luck so if you have someone who can complete this I would like to hear from them please
