Concrete floor levelling

Hi, We have concrete flooring that we are needing levelling so that we can lay our flooring. We aren’t sure if it needs a full grind, particular areas ground or levelled out with a type of compound. It’s an old garage floor which is 6m x 4m. We aren’t sure what this would cost so have just put a figure there. Any help would be appreciated.
