Wood floor to be laid - single room + corridor

Hi. We have a room 3.8m x 3.8m which we would like to get a reclaimed solid wood tongue and groove floor laid. Also a small corridor, 2.4m x 1m. The floor needs to be laid onto solid concrete base, as it is on old garage. It has been self-leveled although a couple of places may need to be ground off. The flooring has all been run through a thicknesser and the tongue and groove clean off of any old glues, etc. The flooring is 5.6cm wide and 1.8cm thick. Thanks . W
