lounge floor 2

I need the floor in my lounge sanded its about 4m x 7m, part of it has had lino pulled up and its left behind some of the glue. I then need the lino in the kitchen pulled up and that floor sanded and polished to match the lounge. This area is about 3m x 6m but im open to just the lounge being done first
