Laying lino in conservatory and upstairs bathroom

Does anyone have availability to lay lino this week or weekend? We'd like the lino to match our kitchen/lounge area which is a "wood look" lino. This job would need to be done asap because we are hoping to take real estate photos in the week starting 30th September and listing the property for sale at the end of that week. Total square metre area is about 15-18 sqm. Can send photos upon contact.
