Floor sanding - wooden floor.

Job description

Floor Sanding & Refinishing
Selwyn

Hi We have particle board floors and live at West Melton. (We are preparing to lay new tiles, but not in a rush for this part) The tiles have been removed, but it has left a mess which needs fixing. Ideal time frame might be 10th October onwards. The black rubber adhesive is largely still there with some thin residue of tile still attached. So, looking to see what the cost is to have the floors sanded. ** However, the sanding process needs to be nearly 100% dust free. Access is easy if you have a truck based vacuum system and the distance is short. The areas are: - ex tiles = kitchen, entrance way, laundry, toilet and another entrance way = 23.61m2 - no tiles = dining room, so extremely easy sanding = 15.75m2 NB - Replies are monitored in the evenings.

Mike is a great guy! Mike gives quality work and service. Its a shame there is only 5 hammers as he deserves 10 hammers.
