He is great work was excellent he went above an beyond he did extras that a builder wouldn't usually do we only paid for materials and his hourly rate and he stayed within quote I would hire him again in a heart beat I wish I had of taken before and after pictures because you would be amazed.he replaced rotted walls floors bath shower vanity and wash house sink it looks lovely compared to rotted holey areas before. Thanks ants
