I have just had a toilet suite put in the toilet. Plumber recommended to have a small area of the floor replaced due to water damage causing rot/weak floor boards. Approx 700 x 800 area. Old rot wood to be removed & replaced with standard flooring as vinyl/lino will be on top Need it done ASAP
