Fix/replace flooring around toilet/bathroom

We currently have lino covering cork floorboards from the 80's. We can feel some areas particularly around the toilet where it has sunken from previous leak. We'd like a quote to check how much it would cost to even out the flooring replace and areas of the flooring needed, and get us tile ready. Very small space: - Bathroom 1.8m x 2.6m (only floor, not including shower as in basin). - Toilet 0.75m x 2.56m Thanks Lauren
