Timber Flooring replace

Old house with hardwood Timber floor. Some of the boards are in poor condition and have started to weaken under foot and creak when stepped on. Worst spots are in the Kitchen, dining and Lounge with the most foot traffic The house has underfloor insulation but is up off the ground so good access underneath. House is 110 SQM. Job; pull up and replace the existing floor in kitchen and dining area and or strengthen.
