Need to remove tiles including adhesive, levelling compound, underfloor wiring back to the concrete pad level (if possible). Underfloor has been disconnected. Kitchen island can be moved, but tiles will have to be cut flush with the rest of the kitchen kick boards. Kitchen tiled area is appro 3.7m by 2.2m
