3 rooms needing new lino

Laundry, bathroom and kitchen area needing to be prepped for new lino. Old cork tiles already removed , board underneath still in good condition but has old tile adhesive on it. couple of areas (including bathroom need new board as old one was damaged by water leaks) I need the surface skimmed for new lino - which I am planning to do myself but would look at a tradesperson doing it if the price was reasonable.
