Floor sanding & polishing

Sanding and varnishing (e.g. poly coat) of a tongue & groove wooden floor, to match existing areas of exposed wooden flooring in the house. There are 2 areas in total: * BATHROOM AREA (2x adjacent rooms): 1 separate toilet (2.7m by 1m) and 1 main bathroom (2.7m by 1.8m, minus bath area) - both rooms currently have a vinyl covering which will be removed (shown in picture 2). The entire room will need to be sanded/polished/coated with a waterproof poly. * LOUNGE: Approx 8m2 of existing flooring is peeling with no varnish. We are wanting a patch job of these peeling areas to match in with the surrounding floor. The worst area is shown in picture 1 (I have counted this pictured area as about 5m2). Please provide hourly rate and an estimate of hours to complete. The timeframe for this work will be in the next 1-2 months. Thank you!
