Implement Shed Floor

I have an implement shed (8.8m x 5.9m) that's open without a floor. I'd like to: 1. have a concrete / cement floor poured so that it is sealed at the bottom; 2. a roller-door supplied and installed; and 3. power and lighting installed to the shed.
