remove old 300 x 300 tiles (or we can do this) and relay new vinyl tiles in kitchen (approx 11.25m2) and bathroom/ laundry (approx 7.7m2). Both require a fair bit of cutting so looking at using either 300 x 300 or 450 x 450 tiles. Happy for installer to propose tiles to use, or we can source ourselves. Ex-rental property about to go on market to sell. Must be completed pre-Xmas, ideally prior to 20th December. Have plans of both areas, with dimensions, I can email to those interested. After quick reasonably priced job rather than top quality.

Excellent work and value. Also did an additional small job separately where he did an excellent job and managed to remove some stains we didn't think could possibly come off! Highly recommend.
