Remove old lino tiles from kitchen & bathroom floor (should be very easy as most are lifting on their own). Lay new vinyl. Floors are concrete & will probably need levelling compound. Both rooms are stripped out for easy access. No units, shower or toilet. Only a built in laundry tub to lay around. Kitchen is approx. 2400 x 1800 & bathroom 2000 x 1800. Property is vacant. Immediate start.
