Small ensuite - need flooring replaced

We recently finished an ensuite in our bedroom, but unfortunately learnt a lesson and chose DIY floor tiles which are already lifting and generally feel a bit..cheap. I would like to remove it and replace with a fresh sheet of vinyl/similar. I appreciate it will be tricky with the vanity/toilet already installed, hopefully that can be worked around. Small space, 5sqm at most.
