Floor sanding in one room and laying vinyl in another.
Job description
I have a wooden floor in the living area that has not been sanded or varnished for years . In the porch/sunroom I would like vinyl laid. It is a concrete floor. I would very much like the work done before xmas. It is an old house, a converted Bach that has been added on over the years. I have no idea what it would cost but to lay vinyl in the bathroom cost me $4k.
