floor boards to put down in kitchen

Moving into my first home on the 12th of September and looking get somebody to put some floor boards down in my kitchen around the 15th-16th Currently there is an area of the kitchen approximately 4x2 m that has both a single board covering an area by the door, and a concrete slab. see pictures below. I want this area to be replaced with recycled matai floor boards to match the rest of the room. the concrete slab may need to be chipped down and floor boards put over top. If need be, i can potentially source the recycled matai floor boards to use in this space. Cheers! Mitch
