Quote for wooden floors to be sanded back and polyurethaned. Maxwell never sanded the floors. He polyurethaned over the floors as they were incl bits of hair and a long bit of grass?! We had to move our family out plus all furniture etc. We asked him to fix the job and sand etc and had to stay extra nights in a motel. This guy butchered parts of our floor, do not use him, he is dishonest and didnt even have a sanding machine which we eventually found out. We now have to get someone to fix this s

"We felt you scammed us. We said several times that we would not sand back to the bare wood as the condition was good. For $1500, there is no way we would sand back to the bare wood (kitchen, hallway, dining and living) with 3 coats. Then you mentioned that you “will not begrudging if you pay $500. “ You knew we used electric sander. The photos you showed were not final photos. I’m a firm believer that what we sow that’s what we’ll reap. Nonetheless, apologies for what happened"
