Repair of flooring board damaged by water spill by tenants. Tenants had a go at repairing it by themselves (replaced flooring board) but the work doesn't meet the standard building code. No nogs or joists between the joinings. It has mould underneath the carpet that needs cleaning and needs to have a small piece of the carpet underlay. House is vacated currently and job is best to be completed in 2 weeks before next tenants to move in.
