Concrete Screeding and Vinyl Flooring laying

Garage area is being turned into a rumpus room with bathroom. Floor needs to be screeded to bring uneven concrete to level. Area is 29m2 as per attached sketch up. Works includes the following - Making good concrete area - Screeding works - Installation of vinyl to match existing from previous room Note area will be cleared. Walls will be installed following either vinyl install or screeding. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3-7 days
