Wooden Floorboards

My dining room has Tawa? wooden T&G floorboards. The room is approx 6M x 6 M. One of the floorboards has broken exposing the joist below. There is another area of this same floor showing signs of cracking. I need a builder to inspect the soundness of the joists and to replace the broken boards and to inspect the floor to future proof against other potential issues. Unfortunately I do not have a photo to attach of the job
